About Kathy ~ Kathy Brennan is a Springfield, Il based comedian who is best known for telling ridiculous stories which may or may not be true. After she retired from her state job, she started hitting comedy mics because writing jokes was easier for her than learning to crochet. For the past nine years she has been performing on stages in the Central Illinois, St. Louis and Chicago areas, with appearances at Flappers in Burbank, CA, and Laugh Factory in Chicago being highlights. Kathy was voted Illinois Times 2022 Best Springfield Local Comedian and is a three-time finalist at the Peoria Jukebox Annual Comedy Competition. Kathy also supports local comedy by producing NERD (Never Ever Really Dirty) Girl Comedy shows at Harvest Market grocery store in Springfield.

Gathering material from a wealth of life experiences, Jose takes audiences on the rollercoaster ride that’s been his life. Born in Cuba and deported because of his father’s political prisoner status, he came to the U.S. at a young age. Growing up with a hard working, and always quirky, Cuban family brought loads of funny moments everyday. From his mother’s ability to kill a chicken with her bare hands, to his Dad’s ability to hit on any woman, anytime, there was never a dull moment. What they did best was teach him to work hard for his dreams, and not forget how to laugh at life and himself. He made them proud when, after high school, he was accepted to the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado. He became an officer in the Air Force, is an accomplished aviator, and is a veteran having served in Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He’s been all over the world and has even been ”shot at” in two countries. This and more he brings to the stage believing that, “if you can’t laugh at a hard time in your life, you ain’t over it yet.”
His comedy career started out in New York and Philadelphia, getting on stage anytime he wasn’t serving. He performs all over the world now and is an audience favorite for his ability to make deportation, and life-threatening moments hysterical. He’s been featured in the Air Force Times, was selected for the 2007 Latino Laugh Festival in Los Angeles, and the Lucky 21 Contest at The Comedy Festival in Las Vegas. In 2008 he won the Funniest Person in South Texas Comedy Competition and was a semi-finalist in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition. In 2009, he was a finalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition. In 2011 he was the winner of the Rocky Mountain Laugh Off in Salt Lake City, UT.
His television appearances include: He’s been seen on CNN, CBS, Fox, and Lifetime’s “Coming Home” with his touring group, The GIs of Comedy, and on NUVO TV’s “Comedy Unfiltered,” with Anjelah Johnson. He was the co-host of NUVO TV’s “Stand Up and Deliver” which aired three seasons, appeared on Fox TV’s “Laughs” in two seasons as both a performer and host, and was recently featured on NBC’s “Last Call with Carson Daly.” Most nights you can find him on stage somewhere, but one week a month it's all dog tags and volleyball, down in Texas, teaching the next generation of top guns the basics.

A political satirist with a penchant for controversy and comedy from the conservative side, comedian Tim Slagle has spent twenty-five years touring the biker bars, bowling alleys and Holiday Inn lounges of America While some of his material leans towards political satire, Slagle deals more with political concepts than politicians. Some people actually leave a show without ever realizing it was political. Things that touch our everyday life like warning labels and vegetarian frozen dinners, have political implications, but are not necessarily thought of as political.

He is known for his regular contributions to Liberty Magazine and Breitbart's site BigHollywood.com The Detroit native now lives in the Chicago area. Slagle adopted by a middle-class family, living in the blue collar area of South Suburban Detroit known as Downriver. Slagle briefly attended the University of Michigan, and eventually dropped out without a degree in 1979 to become a fringe part of the Detroit Punk scene in the band Boris Savage and the Primates. His career was extremely short since he is completely tone deaf, and was much more adept at breaking instruments than playing them.

In 1979 he started performing at the open mike nights at Mark Ridleys Comedy Castle in north suburban Detroit. As stand-up comedy clubs exploded around the country during the comedy boom of the 1980s, there were plenty of venues looking for comics, and by 1983, Slagle was traveling the country as a professional comic. After three years of living on the road, he settled in Chicago, where he became a regular in the Zanies chain of comedy clubs.

Costaki is a comedian, true, but he's also a football fan. Costaki began his career in the local bars and pizza joint near the University of Georgia while he finished his graduate thesis. Costaki's light swagger, playful squint, and wry smile tell you that perhaps there's more to this multi-layered joke than you first recognized. Costaki has performed at the Montreal Comedy Festival, the Seattle Comedy Festival, and was just one of ten finalists in Comedy Central's Laugh Riots national talent search. After performing on "The Bob and Tom Show" Tom Griswold belted, "Costaki Economopoulos is Greek for funny!"

Her standup TV appearances include AGT, Late Night with Stephen Colbert, NBC's Bring the Funny, and the CW’s Howie Mandel Comedy Extravaganza. Erica was chosen as a New Face for the 2018 Just for Laughs Festival and performed at San Francisco Sketchfest, Moontower Comedy Festival, Blue Whale Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival, and Netflix is a Joke.
